Iron Page Initiative is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for fiduciary oversight, financial stewardship, and long-term strategic direction. The Board operates in accordance with adopted bylaws, conflict-of-interest policies, and applicable federal and state regulations.

Oversees program development, institutional partnerships, compliance preparation, and operational management during the organization’s founding phase.
Kim Miklavcich
Treasurer
Responsible for financial oversight, budget review, expenditure monitoring, and maintaining appropriate internal financial controls.

Board Member
Supports programming development and contributes to the educational structure and intellectual framework of the organization.
